'Hirta House' Bed and Breakfast Accommodation Isle of Scalpay - by Harris Outer Hebrides (Western Isles)
Scottish Tourist Board 4 Star B&B |
 |
'Hirta House' is a wonderful B&B, elevated high on the Island of Scalpay
providing guests with superb sea views.
Owners Kenny & Margaret Morrison offer many years experience in hospitality with a
warm welcome, and are more than happy to recommend things to see and
do during your stay, as well as, providing any advice such as - where to see the best wildlife or where to sample the best local seafood.
The Island of Scalpay is a thriving fishing community, accessed by bridge from the neighbouring Island of Harris. Eilean Glas Lighthouse on Scalpay is one of the earliest lighthouses in Scotland, and the walk out to it is highly recommended - especially for the views across to The Shiants, Skye, Uist and the mainland.
